The apartment is situated on the edge of Lecce’s old city centre, just outside Porta San Biagio, in one of the most 'historic' and best serviced quarters of the city. This location allows for easy access on foot to all the principle sites of the city. The railway station and the nearest bus stop for the tourist itinerary 'Salento in Bus' lie at a distance of just a few hundred metres. The central square, Piazza St. Oronzo, and the city's most beautiful baroque monuments are a pleasant 10 minute walk away. For anyone who wishes to go shopping, the same amount of time is required to reach Piazza Mazzini, the commercial heart of the city.
Parking is easily available and safe in the quiet street adjacent to the Holiday Home. The owners live in the immediate neighbourhood and are at the complete disposal of their guests.
